Extraterestials ... "Extraterestials?"

After first paragraph it goes way.. way weird:

Extraterestials."

"Extraterestials?"

"Yes, they live in outer space. Long ago, a race of these creatures came to Earth and tried to destroy us and our civilization. They were called the Evil Ones, and they were led by a man named Ba'al. They were stopped by the most powerful man in the world, a man named Enki who lived in the city of Eridu. He created a weapon and used it to destroy the Evil Ones and save our race."

"I see," said the pilot. "Well, thank you for the information. I'll be sure to keep my eyes open for any aliens." He glanced at his watch and saw that it was time for his next pill. He swallowed another dose of the drug and said, "I have to take care of some things in the cockpit, but I'll be back to talk more with you later."

"Okay," said the boy. "I have to go back to the bathroom anyway."

"All right, I'll see you in a few minutes." The pilot walked down the aisle and went into the cockpit. He sat down at the controls and watched the screen as he waited for his next pill. He glanced at his watch again and thought about the boy. He had seemed like a nice kid. Maybe, he thought, I should have given him another pill. Then again, he had given him the maximum dose. If he gave him another pill, the medicine would wear off and he would have to recondition him all over again. Besides, he thought, the kid was probably just an average kid. Of all the kids on the planet, there was probably only one in a million who would be a candidate for his experiment. And that one in a million was probably not on this flight. Besides, the drug always made the test subject more talkative, and he didn't want the boy to start talking about his alien friends. He would have to make sure that the kid didn't mention the incident to anyone.

The pilot glanced at his watch again and saw that it was time for his next pill. He swallowed the pill, then took a deep breath. It was time to start the experiment. He turned on the intercom and called the boy.

"Yes, sir," said the boy.

"I want you to take your clothes off again," said the pilot.

"Yes, sir," said the boy. Within seconds, the boy's clothes were all over the floor of the cabin. The pilot picked up the boy's clothes and threw them down the toilet.

"What are you doing?" asked the boy.

"I'm throwing your clothes away," said the pilot.

"Why are you doing that?"

"I'm going to put you in a diaper and give you a shirt and pants to wear."

"Why?" asked the boy.

"Because I'm going to use you for my experiment," said the pilot.

"What experiment?"

"I'm going to use you to test a new drug. I'll put you in a shirt and pants, and then I'll give you some medicine."

"What medicine?"

"It's a new drug that makes you feel good. You'll like it."

"You mean like candy?" asked the boy.

"No," said the pilot, "it's not candy. It's a special kind of medicine that will make you feel good."

"Okay," said the boy. "I'll do whatever you want."

"Good," said the pilot. "Let me give you some medicine so you'll feel good."

"Okay," said the boy.

"I'll give you some medicine now," said the pilot. He walked down the aisle and opened the door. He took out a vial of the drug and a syringe. He walked back to the boy, sat down next to him, and stuck the syringe into the boy's arm.

The boy winced, and the pilot took out a small medicine bottle. He filled the syringe with the drug and then stuck the needle back into the boy's arm. The boy winced again as the needle entered his skin.

"This is the special medicine that will make you feel good," said the pilot.

"All right," said the boy.

"I'll give you another dose of the medicine in a few minutes," said the pilot. "I'll be back in a few minutes to check on you. Be sure to stay here, and don't go anywhere."

"Okay," said the boy.

The pilot walked back to the cockpit and sat down in the pilot's chair. He glanced at his watch and saw that it was time for another pill. He swallowed another dose of the drug and said, "The experiment is starting. I have to keep an eye on the screen to make sure nothing goes wrong." Then he picked up his watch and started to wait.

He waited for several hours, but nothing happened. The boy looked like he was asleep, but he wasn't moving at all. The pilot glanced at his watch and saw that it was time for another pill. He swallowed another dose of the drug and said, "The experiment is going well. I'm going to wait a little longer." He glanced at his watch again and saw that it was time for another pill. He swallowed another dose of the drug and said, "I'm going to wait for another hour. Then I will give the boy another dose of the drug."

After the hour had passed, the pilot glanced at his watch again and saw that it was time for another pill. He swallowed another dose of the drug and said, "The experiment is still going well. I'm going to wait another hour, and then I will give him another dose of the drug."

I rather not going on with that one..

With fixed , it become a bit more sane:

Extraterrestrials have been visiting our planet for thousands of years, but the only physical evidence of their presence that has been discovered are the enigmatic crop circles.

They have been appearing in fields throughout the world over the last four decades.

But what if these beautiful yet mysterious patterns are more than just a way of communicating? What if they contain hidden messages?

WHAT ARE CROP CIRCLES?

The first documented crop circle appeared in English barley fields in 1686.

Since then, it has been estimated that at least 10,000 crop circles have appeared in over 70 countries.

They appear in crops such as wheat, barley, canola, and corn.

But why?

Are they the work of secret government-sponsored organisations?

Are they a sign of extraterrestrial life?

Or are they the work of hoaxers?

The mystery continues to this day, and the truth behind the crop circles remains as elusive and mysterious as before.

WHAT DO CROP CIRCLES MEAN?

Because of the vast number of circles that have appeared, there have been many different theories as to what they mean.

Some think that they are the work of military agencies, such as the US Navy, RAF, the CIA or MI5.

Others believe them to be the work of extraterrestrial life.

One popular theory is that they are a form of communication.

They could be a sign of an impending invasion from space, or they could be a sign of peace.

Some crop circles are said to depict mathematical equations and patterns, and it has even been suggested that they contain complex mathematical information.

THEORIES ABOUT THE ORIGIN OF CROP CIRCLES

Part of the reason why the origin of crop circles remains a mystery is that there are many theories about what could be causing them.

Many of the circles are perfectly round or circular, but others are more convoluted and strange.

One theory is that they are the work of secret government-sponsored organisations, but no government agency has ever admitted to creating them.
